What we do
Wagga Foundation Repairs is a local lead-generation website. Homeowners across Wagga and the Riverina find us when they search for help with wall cracks, uneven floors, sticking doors and underpinning, and we pass those enquiries to one licensed local partner, exclusively. Exclusive leads in a defined service area
We work with one partner per service area: no shared leads, no bidding against three other contractors for the same job. Your area is defined up front (for example, Wagga Wagga LGA plus Junee, Coolamon, The Rock, Uranquinty and Ladysmith) and every qualified enquiry from it comes to you.
How leads are delivered
Nothing is sent before we’ve spoken. Every enquiry is captured, spam-screened and held in our dashboard; leads are forwarded to a partner only under a written agreement, after we’ve agreed the service area, the qualification criteria and the delivery channel that suits you. From there:
- Email: qualified form enquiries are forwarded with the enquirer’s name, contact details, suburb and symptom description.
- Shared lead log: every lead is logged (date, source, suburb, symptoms, and whether it met the qualification criteria) and the log is open to you. Full transparency, from day one.
What counts as a qualified lead
You only pay for enquiries that are worth your time. A qualified lead is one where the property is inside your agreed service area; the contact is the owner (or someone authorised, such as a landlord or managing agent); they describe a foundation-relevant problem or ask for an inspection, underpinning, restumping or re-levelling; and they’ve given a working callback number. Marketers, duplicates within 30 days and out-of-area calls don’t count and aren’t billed. The criteria are agreed in writing before a dollar changes hands.
Simple commercial models
- Free 30-day trial. We send you every qualified lead for a month at no cost. You see the volume and quality for yourself; the shared log keeps it honest.
- Pay per lead. After the trial, a fixed price per qualified lead, billed monthly. Disputed leads are resolved against the log and call records.
- Flat monthly rent. Once volume is consistent, a fixed monthly fee for exclusive rights to all leads from the site, simplest for both sides, and typically the best value at steady volume.
Month-to-month, no lock-in contracts. If it’s not working for either side, we part ways cleanly.
What we ask of a partner
A current NSW contractor licence appropriate to structural work, willingness to involve a structural or geotechnical engineer where jobs require it, appropriate insurance (including home building compensation cover where contract values require it), and a genuine intention to follow up leads promptly. Homeowners trust this site with their biggest asset, and we only work with contractors who treat that seriously.
